Many thanks too for the Ride Drive Certificate she was given - a nice touch to put the photograph of her in the skid pan car as the backdrop, and very nicely presented. I felt that the day was further enhanced by collecting/meeting Sharon from our home, it meant the experience started immediately, rather than having to drive to an unknown location which I'm sure would have increased her nervousness.
